1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your information when you use this website. Please read it before submitting any file. By using the service you agree to this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Files you submit: processed to recover passwords, convert formats, compress files, remove watermarks and perform similar operations in an isolated environment.
Task information: file name, size, page count, submission time, processing status and result file, used to show progress and to let you download results.
Account information: username, email address (optional, used to send task notifications), password digest, and order and balance records.
Payment information: top-up amounts and order records. Sensitive payment details such as card numbers are handled directly by third-party payment providers; we neither access nor store them.

To calculate charges, create orders and process refunds;
To send notices related to your tasks and account (task completion, refund on failure, password recovery);
To prevent fraud, abuse and unlawful use, and to keep the service and our users safe;
To comply with legal requirements or respond to lawful requests from competent authorities.

4. Retention of Files and Data

Uploaded files and results are used only to complete the task you submit. They are kept for a limited period so that you can download them again, and you can delete them yourself from your task list.
After the retention period ends, or after you delete them, the files are removed from our servers.
Account, order and balance records are retained as required by law for reconciliation and dispute handling.
